My Annual Anti-American Hate Rant Part Two: 11/9/2010

Today, if you didn't know it already, is 11 September, 11/9, the ninth anniversary of the (according to the usual accounts, which I'll accept for the purpose of this argument) kamikaze attacks by  hijacked American airliners on the World Trade Centers (sic) and the Pentagon, in which, as everyone knows, 2977 victims and 19 hijackers perished.

All right.

Let us stand in silence for a moment in memory of those 2977, undoubtedly innocent, victims.

Now:

Let us stand a moment in silence in memory of those unfortunates murdered by ignorant hicks who went out to kill every non-white person they saw in "retaliation" for the attack;

To which we should add:

Let us stand in silence for a moment in memory of the unknown thousands of Afghans murdered by the Evil Empire in its invasion and continued occupation of Afghanistan as "retaliation" for the 11/9 attacks, even though the majority of the (alleged) hijackers were Saudis, trained on German and American soil, and there never has been any formal indictment of Al Qaeda (then only partly, and now, not at all, based in Afghanistan) as being behind the attack.

Then:

Let us stand in silence for a moment in memory of the million or more Iraqis murdered by the Evil Empire in its invasion, destruction, and continued occupation of Iraq, on the pretext of Iraqi involvement in the 11/9 attacks and possession of mythical weapons of mass destruction.

Also:

Let us stand a moment in silence in memory of the Somalis who have been dying since 2006 to this  day after the Evil Empire ordered its vassal, Ethiopia, to invade Somalia and overthrow the only stable government that country ever had since 1991, on the pretext of denying sanctuary to Al Qaeda.

Not to forget:

Let us stand in silence for a moment in memory of the Pakistani civilians who are being murdered every day by the Evil Empire's drones on the pretext of fighting Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

While we are on the subject:

Let us not forget to stand in silence for a moment in memory of the Yemeni civilians who are being similarly murdered by a tyrannical regime aided and abetted by the Evil Empire in the name of fighting Al Qaeda.

And also:

Let us stand for a moment in silence for the men, most of whom were arrested without evidence, who are confined in cages in Guantanamo Bay for years, under conditions that far exceed cruel and unusual punishment, and without having had any charges brought against them .

Lest we forget:

Let us stand for a moment in silence in memory of the men, women and children murdered by the Zionazi vassals of the Evil Empire in Occupied Palestine, in Lebanon, and on the aid convoy, since each of these murderous Zionazi actions are justified in the name of fighting Al Qaeda and allied terrorists in the so-called mainstream media of the Evil Empire.

And since we are on the topic:

Let us stand for a moment in silence, in advance, for the men, women and children who will be murdered by the Evil Empire in its planned invasion and occupation of Iran.

Let us stand for a moment in silence, in advance, for the men, women and children who will be murdered by the Evil Empire in its continued occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Let us stand for a moment in silence, in advance, for the men, women and children who will be murdered by the Evil Empire, directly or through its proxies, wherever in the world they may be, in the name of fighting Al Qaeda or of avenging 11/9.

You're getting tired of standing? All right.

Let us, then, not stand for a moment, in silence or otherwise, for the war criminals (also known as "soldiers", "Marines", etc) maimed and exterminated in the process of murdering the men, women and children for whom we have just stood in silence.

And no, I do not regret writing any of this.

Thank you for your attention.
